PETROCHEMICAL UNITS

Separation Units
The separator vessels we deliver for the oil & gas industry are either two-phase vertical separators, which is a pressure vessel used at a wellhead to separate a well stream into gas and liquid (oil) components. Or a three-phase separator, which further separates the liquid into oil and water. These vessels are critical for handling and processing the fluids produced from oil and gas wells before they are transported.
Tank Farms
For tank farms, we procure the storage tanks as well as the necessary piping, pumping stations, and loading docks for product handling.
Furthermore, we supply the control systems for pumps, lighting, and transfer systems.
Pumping and Compressing Units
For the oil & gas industry, we supply pumps to bring liquids to the surface from boreholes using mechanical systems such as drill strings.
Compressors increase the pressure of gases to enable their transport through pipelines to various destinations.
Crude destillation unit
A crude distillation unit (CDU) is the first and most important processing step in an oil refinery, separating crude oil into various hydrocarbon fractions based on their different boiling points. Crude oil is heated and then fed into a tall distillation column, where the vapors rise and condense at different levels, creating a range of products like gases, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, and heavy residue.
